Interrogation of witness Pyatyh, FSS employee, who took part in the search at Moiseyev's apartment (Wasn't he lucky in the case of appearing the known envelopes which had not been withdrawn at Moiseyev's flat and fixed in the search report).
The military prosecutor forwarded petition to demand for additional documents from FSS. The court at once agreed with him in spite of defense objection as the documents had been obtained with violation of the law.
Paying attention to the fact that the court has rejected more than 20 petitions of the defense, its attitude to the prosecutor's petition is very significant.
