Hearing of case materials continued. The defense again made a statement of excluding proofs, obtained in violation of the law.The court didn't show positive reaction.
The defense also moved out a petition to inquiry Duma that Moiseyev accompanied G.N.Seleznev during his short-term visit abroad (last days of May, 1996)in order to confirm his alibi for a certain period of time (as he is accused in unlawful activity during his absence in Moscow).
Pay attention, that this is the first petiton, accepted by the court, from the beginning of judicial proceedings in spite of the fact, that military prosecutor has declined it.
